I, the responsible party listed above, agree that the refrigerator in my room will be entirely my responsibility. At the end of the semester, I understand that the refrigerator must be cleaned and ready for removal from the room or a new rental agreement filled out and payment made. I will not hold Heartland Baptist Bible College liable for any damages or charges as a result of this service.
