Roommate / Residence Hall Request Form

This form should be used to request a specific roommate or residence hall for the upcoming semester.

No request is guaranteed, but the deans will take each request into consideration.

Only one roommate or residence hall may be requested (you cannot request both a residence hall and specific roommate).

Each party must submit their own request.

In order for their request to be considered, returning students must have a previous semester GPA above 2.0, and must not have accumulated 15 disciplinary hours or more during the most recent semester.
