Christmas Break Plans and Spring Re-Enrollment

All students (on and off campus) should complete the following form as we prepare for Christmas Break and the spring semester.

If you indicate below that you plan to stay in the residence halls at any time during Christmas break, you will be asked to complete pages 2-5 of this form, requesting permission to stay on-campus during the break.

The following terms must be agreed upon for your on-campus housing request to be considered. Please read each section carefully and indicate your agreement prior to proceeding to the next page.

I plan to return as a student for the spring semester. *

If I am given permission to stay on campus, I agree to pay $70 per week that I am checked into the residence hall. These charges will begin the day the residence halls close. I understand that I will not be charged only if I complete a checkout with an RA, and am moved out of the residence hall for a minimum of two weeks. *

I understand that this on-campus housing request is due before November 15, 2024, and agree to pay a $70 late fee if submitting this request after November 15.

I will attend the mandatory meeting after chapel on Thursday, December 5 for those requesting to stay on-campus during the break.
